RUN-G (RUN it to GROUND) Live @ Fujiyama Jan 13th 2012

I rocked up to club Fujiyama, in Okinawa city, Okinawa Japan, for their re-opening party on Friday. I had no idea that there was going to be some serious live music on offer. I had my camera with me, but with just a single prime lens (20mm 2.8 on a DX body, so it was actually a 30mm), really not a great focal length for shooting a stage, but I had a go all the same. On stage was a band, I have never heard of, but will never forget, RUN-G, a trio of Japanese girls, who are not only cute, but can freakin' wail! Sae plays bass, and sings, Wacco plays guitar and has a death growl that has to be heard to be believed, and finally the heartbeat comes from the ridiculously cute Jai on drums. This awesome trio of Japanese girls combine sex appeal, rawness, and tuned talent, to produce a live performance that will leave you falling in love while moshing your brains out.
